Shane Roberts
Principal
Shane Roberts is the Principal of our school, bringing a strong commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Shane is dedicated to inspiring students and staff to achieve their best. In 2024, Shane was honoured with the NSW Sustainability Teacher of the Year award, reflecting his passion for sustainability and environmental education. He is committed to innovation and community engagement, working collaboratively to create opportunities that empower every learner to succeed.

Jennifer Campbell
Assistant Principal Curriculum & Instruction
Jen Campbell is the Assistant Principal Curriculum & Instruction at Belltrees Public School. With a strong focus on enhancing teaching and learning, Jen works collaboratively with staff to implement effective curriculum strategies and support student achievement. An active member of the Upper Hunter community, Jen is passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive school environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive.
Sarah Finlayson
Teacher
Sarah Finlayson is a dedicated educator with over ten years of experience, combining her passion for teaching with a background in zoology. She holds a Bachelor of Education and specialises in literacy and numeracy development. Sarah is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and creativity. Outside the classroom, Sarah enjoys mentoring new teachers and participating in community education initiatives, contributing actively to the school’s vibrant learning culture.
